How I can help

Up until a few years ago, I was in the same position as you. I was everyone's go-to person. Not just for my family, but for friends and colleagues too. Although something inside me craved something more for myself, I wasn't sure exactly what that looked like and I didn't know if someone like me was capable of having it.

Through coaching and NLP I've created a life that I truly love and one that finally feels like mine. I have peace in my mind, joy in my heart and freedom to be myself with a confidence I never had before.

​1.​ Book Your Discovery Session – I’ll map out where you are, where you want to go, and the gaps in between. All you need to do is show up and be open.

​2.​ Your Personalised Plan – First we’ll work on getting you to the best place you can possibly be with yourself then, I’ll create you a personalised strategy to start creating content online and finally making an income.

​3.​ Ongoing Support – Weekly or bi-weekly sessions (whatever works for you) to guide, review, and adjust as you grow.

​4. ​Implementation & Feedback – This is where you’ll take action, I’ll give constant feedback, and together we’ll keep tweaking until you’re exactly where you want to be.

I’ll start with personal development so we have the best possible foundation to build on. I combine my own experience of building a successful content creation business with a unique coaching style that's down to earth, encouraging, and will actually get you results.
